Business Fundamentals for Creative Pros
with Adrienne Fritze
Business Made Creative
Build. Fund. Thrive.

Business courses crafted for creators, artists, and inventors who want to grow without compromising their vision:

  • The Guerrilla Exhibitor™ – a bold, no-fluff guide to getting your art seen and collected on your own terms.

  • Money4Something™ – a proven framework for building crowdfunding campaigns that actually connect (and fund).

If you're ready to level up your creative business without watering down your vision, you’re in the right place.

An introspective collage and conversation workshop about relationship, possibility, and the power of perspective.

Through guided reflection, quiet creation, and ontological dialogue, participants explore a meaningful relationship in their life — not to change it or fix it, but to examine how their interpretation shapes it. The outside of the box becomes a contemplative collage; the inside is left empty to honor the vast, human possibility in how we create and experience our world.

Led by Adrienne Fritze, this workshop is gentle, curious, and deeply personal. No art experience necessary — only a willingness to look.

Writing Practice
Have you always wanted to tell your story but didn’t know where to start?

Do you love modern poetry read aloud? Do you enjoy writing but don’t do it nearly enough? Maybe you're seeking inspiration, deeper self-expression, or a safe space to stretch your voice and connect with others. If any of that resonates, welcome. You’re in the right place.

I’m Lisa Farlin, and I’d love for you to join me for Writing Practice, an 8-week experience designed to open creative doors, loosen the grip of the inner critic, and help your words flow—without pressure or perfectionism.

Class Schedule
  • Tuesday evenings: Starting September 2nd, 6:00–8:00 p.m. (Final class: Oct 21)

  • Wednesday mornings: Starting September 3rd, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 noon (Final class: Oct 22)

Each series runs for 8 weeks.

What You'll Experience

We begin each session by listening to a few poems together—little sparks to light the creative fire. Then I’ll offer a jumpline (a sentence starter), and we’ll write for about 10 minutes—no overthinking, just keeping the pen moving.

When your mind goes blank (because it happens to all of us), I’ve got strategies to gently bring you back.

You’re invited—but never required—to read your piece aloud. When we listen to each other, we don’t critique. We simply “recall,” repeating a line or phrase that resonated. No feedback, no analysis—just witnessing. That’s how we build a brave, beautiful space together.

Each session includes 2–4 jumplines, depending on the group size. I also offer “Homewriting” prompts for between sessions—not as homework, but as invitations to keep writing when the mood strikes.

We’ll explore themes like:

  • Childhood stories

  • Ancestors and roots

  • The Inner Critic & The Muse

  • Change, endings, and impermanence

How to Sign Up

Before you jump in, I like to have a short phone call to connect. It’s important to make sure this space is right for what you’re seeking. If you’re hoping for direct feedback or detailed critiques of your work, this might not be the best fit.

But if you’re craving a creative community, a no-pressure space to write, and a gentle guide (that’s me), then let’s talk.

Fees & Accessibility

The cost is $200 for the full 8-week series. That said, if you feel called to be part of this and money is a barrier, please reach out. I’m open to payment plans and sliding scale options. As Oprah says:

“We get from this life what we have the courage to ask for.”

If you need to ask, please do. Let’s figure it out together.

Disclaimer

This is a creative, educational space. I’m not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and this class isn’t a substitute for therapy. It’s a space for self-expression and storytelling, not treatment or diagnosis.

Ready to Connect?

Then we’ll set up a quick phone call to get started. I can’t wait to write with you.

Empty & Meaningless: the Box Project

An introspective collage and conversation workshop about relationship, possibility, and the power of perspective.

A Transformational Art Experience by Adrienne Fritze

Empty & Meaningless: The Box Project is a participatory art and inquiry experience that invites people to examine the stories they’ve been living—and create new ones.

Blending guided reflection, intimate storytelling, and hands-on creation, participants explore a relationship that has shaped them, identify beliefs that no longer serve them, and reimagine what might be possible. The final expression of that process takes the form of a small, handcrafted box—part collage, part talisman, part declaration of healing.

Each workshop is a journey of self-inquiry and artistic freedom. It’s not therapy. It’s not advice. It’s an opening: a chance to name what has hurt, grieve what’s been lost, and choose what comes next.

Over the years, The Box Project has reached:

  • Women in prison reclaiming their worth

  • Teens navigating identity and belonging

  • Families healing generational pain

  • Individuals seeking peace, freedom, and reconnection

The Boxes

Each participant leaves their mark in a tangible way—creating a personal “story box” using collage and mixed media. These boxes become part of a growing public installation that gives voice to unseen truths and illuminates the power of transformation.

Why “Empty & Meaningless”?

The phrase invites us to start from a clean slate—from a place beyond judgment, assumption, or inherited belief. When we set aside what we think we know, we unlock the freedom to create something new.

Join the Conversation

Workshops are offered in partnership with community organizations, schools, recovery programs, and businesses—and through seasonal public offerings. Each box added to the collection expands the chorus of voices and visions shaping our shared world.
